The PAS - CMM program is designed to provide maximum automation of the process of programming control measuring machines (CMM) and measuring objects scanned using 3-D scanners.
What distinguishes the PAS - CMM application from other control programs for measuring machines.
- the safest trajectory of movement of the measuring sample is automatically created throughout the entire measurement process;
- elements that are on the model are automatically recognized;
- the most optimal measurement directions are automatically created based on the capabilities
of the measuring element;
- when creating new measurement directions, the application automatically calculates
the optimal location of instruments;
- the process of auxiliary constructions is greatly facilitated

PAS_CMM Product Description
1. Measurements
- Basic PAS-CMM application provides automatic programming for CMM
- The PAS measurement model is created based on the CAD model using standard data formats
(STEP, IGES, X-T..)
- The measurement process model is automatically converted into CMM software and used to generate measurement reports.
2. Reports
The reporting module allows you to create and edit measurement reports in any format.
3. Add-in for SolidWorks 2D
The SolidWorks 2D add-in is used to extract the data model (model and 2D drawing). The module provides structure and control of annotations
4. DimXpert Add-In
Same functionality as the Add-in for SolidWorks 2D applied to DimXpert data
(SolidWorks 3D annotation structure).
5. Import SolidWorks Data
Imports data from SolidWorks (2D and DimXpert) into the PAS-CMM environment to form a measurement model.
6. PMI Module (Catia, PRO/E, NX) (Product Manufacturing Information)
Interface for Catia, Pro/E and NX systems for importing data into the PAS environment. The data is converted into a PAS measurement model to automatically generate CMM programs and reports.
7. Viewer module
The application is only for viewing parts and processes in PAS.
8. STL
Creates a CAD model from STL data.
9.PH20 interface
Supports 5-axis measurement paths.
